What is the Bellwether difference?
Bellwether Consulting was formed with the intention of utilizing Rose Aldrich’s many years of experience to help industry manufacturing companies do business better. Leading by example through the effective use of best practices, thoughtful collaboration and proven results.
How I can help your company?
By consulting with your team on the biggest concerns in your industry, such as Operational Excellence, Leadership Consulting and implementing Six Sigma based continuous improvement best practices. I can help your company improve systems in their leadership structure and on the plant floor.
Do You Only Work With Established Companies?
I have a proud history of working with some of the most established and respected companies in our industry. But I would be happy to work with a new company and help them achieve effective processes right from the start. I think helping a business avoid a headache before it starts, is a great use of my years of experience and skill set.
Are you available for speaking events or to participate in panel discussions?
While speaking at professional events was not a goal of my consulting career, I am happy to share my knowledge and experience with others on specific topics. I am open to participating in panel discussions, round table talks and pod casts where appropriate.
About Rose Aldrich
Consultant
Rose has over 35 years of experience in highly hazardous chemical manufacturing plant operation with a track record of improved Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) and process safety performance in all leadership roles held. She served as a Global Manufacturing Director for the Dow Chemical Company, leading manufacturing for the Chlor-Alkali, EDC/VCM, and Chlorinated Organics businesses. Rose also held Technology Director roles, responsible for process safety across global production facilities for multiple businesses.
